Chris Coccimiglio, focuses his practice on Corporate and Commercial law, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and Wills & Power of Attorney. 

Chris completed his Bachelor of Arts in Law & Justice and Political Science from Laurentian University in 2008. He then attended the University of Windsor, earning his Master of Arts in Political Science in 2011, then returning to the Windsor Faculty of Law to earn his Juris Doctor in 2020. 

During his time at Windsor Law, Chris was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada as a participant and student program coordinator in the Wills Project. He was also fortunate enough to be selected for the experiential learning program with Community Legal Aid of Windsor and spent a semester in the clinic as a student volunteer gaining valuable legal experience. 

As part of his articling requirements, Chris completed the Law Practise Program through Ryerson University, which included a 4 month placement with Ben and Peter. Upon completing the Law Practise Program, Chris was called to the Bar in 2021, and continued with Ben and Peter as an Associate with Pascuzzi Berlingieri Law Firm LLP, and then with its successor Peter J. Berlingieri Professional Corporation.

As a life-long resident of Sault Ste. Marie, Chris is happy to have the opportunity to return home to establish his legal practice and looks forward to engaging with the community as much as possible.  Chris currently serves as the President of the Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore and as a board member with the Algoma District Law Association.
