Since 2004, we have proudly served the City of Sault Ste. Marie and its residents with unwavering integrity, passion, and commitment. Our journey began with the vision and dedication of our founders, Peter J. Berlingieri and the late Beniamino (Ben) J. Pascuzzi. Together, they established Pascuzzi and Berlingieri Law Firm LLP in 2004, laying the foundation for what has become a cornerstone of legal excellence in the community.

In 2017, we proudly associated with two of the most well-respected legal minds in the community: the late Michael (Mike) C. Allemano and Christopher P. Fitzgerald of Allemano & Fitzgerald Lawyers. This collaboration brought together a wealth of experience, further enriching the services we provide and solidifying our position as a leading law firm in the Algoma region. Mike and Chris took great pride in servicing "the North" and our Firm still maintains an office in Wawa, Ontario today.
